About

Builder First.
Marketer Second.

I entered marketing through entrepreneurship — where every choice had a direct relationship to revenue, inventory, cash flow and profitability.

I learned customer acquisition while spending my own money. I learned conversion optimization because my own store needed to convert.

I learned lifecycle marketing because customers needed a reason to return. I learned positioning because unclear positioning made every other marketing activity harder.

I later transferred those lessons into SaaS/AI, healthcare, e-commerce consulting and local-service marketing.

Understand the customer and business model first. Choose tactics second.
